Day 1: Kampala/ Entebbe to Kibale Forest National Park

After our delicious continental breakfast, we start our drive to the home of primates Kibale Forest National Park. We will reach there at lunch time, check in our lodge for lunch and refreshments. After lunch, take a swamp walk in Bigodi swamp to search for different bird species and primates. Enjoy the calls and songs of the birds and different primate species. Dinner and overnight Crater Safari Lodge (Luxury) Chimpanzee guest House (Mid-range)

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to Bwindi

After breakfast, we go for morning Chimpanzee tracking which starts at 7am. The tracking takes 2 to 3 hours. We come back after tracking and start our long drive to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National park. The long drive passes through Queen Elizabeth national park taking over 7 hours. We will reach at the park late in the evening check in our lodge for refreshments and dinner. at Sliver Back Lodge (Luxury) Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge (Mid-Range)

Day 3: Gorilla tracking and transfer to Lake Buyonyi

After breakfast and briefing by experienced park rangers and with a picnic lunch, embark on a trek in search for the Mountain gorillas. These massive primates are extremely rare believed to be only 700 remaining. The tracking starts at the area where the gorillas spent the previous day. The thrill of spending time with and observing these gentle giant gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure that will leave us with long lasting memories of a truly unique experience it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as the little ones play and interact. If finished early we will go for Batwa community walk. After we then drive to lake Buyonyi for the refreshing evening. We can have brief boat ride at the lake as we look for the African sun set at the lake. Check in our accommodation for overnight at Arcadia Cottages (Luxury) Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort (Mid-range)
