Day 1: Arrival and airport pick up.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by our driver guide who will get you through the itinerary and transfer to Kampala to check in our Hotel for dinner and overnight at: Sheraton Hotel (Luxury) Fairway Hotel or Sliver Springs Bugolobi (mid-range)

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison falls National Park. On-foot rhino tracking tour in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

After our delicious breakfast at the hotel, we check out and start our journey to Northern Uganda to Murchison falls. We drive through the famous Luwero Triangle with a stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking. We will have great time on foot tracking the rhinos take as many pictures as possible at very close range with Rhinos. After Rhino tracking we will have lunch break at Ziwa restaurant. When done with our lunch we then proceed with our drive to Murchison falls National Park. Check in our lodge for refreshments then wait for our Dinner and overnight Paraa Safari Lodge (luxury) Pakuba Safari Lodge or Fort Murchison Lodge (Mid-range)

Day 3: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise.

Wake up early for your cup of coffee and after the driver will pick you up for an early morning game drive around the Buligi game tracks on the northern bank with a trained ranger guide to see several animals in the Nile valley like: jackals, Lions, herds of buffaloes, waterbuck, Jackson’s hartebeest, Rothschild’s giraffe, elephant, Leopards, oribi and baboons and so many other early risers. After lunch proceed for the 2:00pm wildlife Launch cruise on River Nile.Boat cruise in Murchisonfalls Something one ought not to miss once at Murchison Falls National Park. Go ahead and take a relaxing ride of about three and a half hours where you get to enjoy up-close sightings of a number of wildlife that lie along the banks of River Nile such as hippos, crocodiles, buffalos, Elephants, monitor lizards, warthogs, and a cocktail of birds such as African fish eagles, red throated bee eaters, skimmers, cattle egrets not forgetting the rare shoebill stork and others. The boat ride takes you to the bottom of the Murchison Falls for another quite remarkable sight of these wild falls. Return and transfer to your lodge for dinner and take a rest. Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Via crater lakes in Fortportal.

After healthy breakfast, we check out of the lodge for our long day drive to Queen Elizabeth National park. We will have a brief stop at the top of the fall to see the great thunderous waterfalls in Africa. Take pictures before we proceed to our next destination that is Queen Elizabeth national park. Passing through the great Rift valley region of the Albertine valley and have lunch break at Fortportal city. When done with our lunch we proceed to Mweya safari lodge in Queen Elizabeth national park. Check in our lodge have relaxing evening at the shores of Kazibga Channel. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge (Luxury) Bush lodge (mid-range)

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura gorge. Boat cruise on Kazinga channel.

Start the day with healthy breakfast, we go for Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge. We will have our briefing with a game ranger before we enter in the deep juggle of the forest. We will spend time tracking the Chimpanzees in their natural habitats. chimpnzeeTracking of chimpanzees depends on the movements of the primates. After meeting the primates we spend one hour with them before we exit the gorge. Return to our lodge for lunch and some rest before we head off to the boat cruise. In the afternoon at 1:30pm after lunch, you can proceed for a boat ride at the Kazinga Channel where you will get be able to spot quite a few animals like elephants and buffaloes drinking water at the banks as well as see numerous marine creatures such as crocodiles and hippopotamus. Day 6: Early morning game drive & transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest.
You will check out the lodge early in the morning after breakfast and launch your trip to the Southern part of Queen Elizabeth National park. This is a home of unique tree climbing lions, you will have a game drive to search for these gentle members of African big five lying and resting on tree branches. It’s a unique life experience that you will never forget after your Uganda safari. After the game drive we proceed to southwestern part of Uganda to visit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National park is home to over 400 mountain gorillas in the as predominantly ground dwelling. Mountain gorillas prefer open canopy forests that allow light to reach the forest floor; their diet consists of bamboo, roots, stems, leaves and vines. Communication varies between barks, screeches, pant grunts and chest beatings. Movement is usually on all fours via “knuckle walking”. This type of silver back gorillas can only be viewed in Uganda. You will sign in at the lodge upon arrival where you will be served tasty African lunch dishes and have some downtime while you prepare for tomorrows trek and spend the night at SliverBack Lodge(luxury) Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge-Mid-range)

 

Day 7: Gorilla trekking and evening optional Community walk
After an early morning breakfast around 6:30 am you will be driven to the park headquarters for briefing on the do’s and don’ts during gorilla tracking and thereafter you will proceed to the gorilla trail. Gorilla tracking normally lasts between 2 to 8 hours or even a day to encounter the gorillas. However, you will be allowed to stay in the presence of these awesome apes for at least an hour. After Gorilla tracking we wait for our tracking certificates and then drive back to the lodge for relaxation. In the evening we can go for optional Community walk in the Batwa community. Visit different community projects and their settings. Return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at SliverBack Lodge(luxury) chumbi Gorilla Lodge-Mid-range)

Day 8: Transfer back to Kampala and departure.
Wake up at leisure depending on your next program, have breakfast then be transferred to Kampala or Entebbe We will have a stop at Equator for pics and lunch break before we continue with our drive to Kampala
